Saved - Windows 10 launches after many trails

Issue-

Windows 10 not logging in on 24 June 2020. I love the HP and dots rotating before the Windows Login. HP icon and dots were not appearing and login screen also not visible.

Solution:-

Windows 10 actually started fine after 3 trails and no Troubleshoot or Safe Mode was needed. I was planning to launch the Safe Mode.

Story:-

My mobile charge was suddenly down from 20% to 4% after I plugged the charger in(mostly due to current fluctuations in apartment or unknown reason). I thought of searching for a solution on the web on the phone and realized I had to calm down. One link said that Windows reinstall might be needed that was scary, which was definitely not needed for my case. I did believe that I could login though I did not know anything on what is happening. I realized I need to take backup of important data. In old Windows, I could do Safe mode launch using Function key and I tried every Function key and no Safe Mode. I came to know that Windows 10 does not have Function key for Safe mode launch , but can go to Safe Mode automatically after 3 failed attempts of login. After 3rd time of trying to switch off and switch on, I got the Login screen. Thanks to God, Login happened without any issues on 3rd attempt and no Safe Mode needed. I deliberately tried to go to Safe mode with Shift+Power+Restart at the bottom right. I saw an option to to Diagnostics or Startup Repair and I did that and then logged. The Startup Repair may take an hour. I think it to took around 45 minutes for me. I felt saved and I could login just in time to attend a live meeting and do my tasks. I am logging this event in a blog to help another who understands that there is nothing to worry and after 3 attempts to login to Windows with no login screen. 2. Taking backup of important data regularly.
3. Do Performance Check and other tools available from HP

Information has grown too much and I still feel God who knows everything is the only solution during tough times.
