Automation-Automatically admitting users in MS Teams meetings

Problem

Manually asking users to "Admit to Lobby". What if there are > 5 users and you are the only organizer?

Solution

Change the Meeting Options to include external users also.

Go to Meeting Option

Select Everyone for "Who can bypass the lobby?"
